Your child will bring home tonight a Nasal Flu Vaccination and Intramuscular Vaccination Consent form and leaflet. Please complete either the 'Yes' or 'No' form and return to school by Friday 24th September 2021.
The proposed date for the vaccination to take place in school is Thursday 18th November 2021.
